Priority panel
The Priority Panel is a sophisticated system consisting of automatic valves and pressure sensors, all controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It is designed to monitor and manage the pressures within the plant, ensuring the correct filling sequence for dispensers and storage sectors based on preset priorities.
Functionality:
The primary function of the Priority Panel is to fill the lines at maximum pressure, starting with high pressure to ensure the filling process is completed and the vehicle can be safely disconnected. It then progresses to medium and finally low pressure, following a defined sequence.
Key Features:
- Electropneumatic Type: Operates with electropneumatic actuators for smooth and precise control.
- Lines: Available in configurations of 1, 2, or 3 lines, with an option for a direct line.
- Compressor Integration: Can be combined with a single compressor and controlled by the same electrical panel. In dual-compressor systems, each compressor is controlled independently by its own panel. If a single panel serves multiple compressors, it is typically governed by a central station electrical panel that also controls other auxiliary plant units.
- Flow Rate Optimization: Sized to match the maximum flow rate of the compressor or plant, ensuring optimal performance.
- Performance & Efficiency: The system includes electropneumatic actuators, pressure transducers, non-return valves, safety and interception valves, pressure indicators, and discharge valves. These components work in unison to guarantee the smooth operation of the priority lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability during the refueling process.
