CNG/CBG Filling Post

A Filling Post is a compact refilling / Decanting point designed for dispensing CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) or BioCNG efficiently. It consists of a mass flow meter, filling hoses and safety mechanisms to ensure smooth and safe refilling & decanting. They can be installed at existing fuel stations or dedicated CNG hubs, Bio-CNG Plants, Daughter Stations. With the growing shift towards clean energy, filling posts play a crucial role in expanding the CNG and BioCNG ecosystem as the fill up virtual pipelines or mobile cascades.

• Design, Detail engineering, Inspection and testing.
• Complete erection, installation and commissioning of LCV fill post at Daughter & Mother CNG stations.
• LCV filling hose (electrically conductive) with Breakaway & Quick Release Coupling (QRC).
• Filling post to be supplied with 4” Pressure Gauge for pressure monitoring of CNG & Other Instrumentation with Block and bleed valve arrangements.
• Filling/Decanting post equipped with Coriolis Mass flow meter
• Panel with High compression rubber guards for Rain and dust protections.
